How do I test Lizy ?
Simply call (845) 690-0690. Lizy will ask you to briefly describe your business, then simulate a customer call. You will then receive a summary by SMS.
How do I activate Lizy ?
After your test call, follow the activation link in the summary SMS. Confirm or update your business description in the designated field and click “Activate Lizy” that’s it. Once activated, when you don’t answer the phone, callers will be redirected to Lizy.
How do I deactivate Lizy ?
Click the link in your test SMS or in your summary emails to access your Lizy configuration interface. Simply click “Deactivate Lizy.”
How does Lizy replace my voicemail ?
Lizy relies on call forwarding if you don't answer. When you don’t pick up, the call is forwarded to Lizy.
